Koud geslingerde crème honing.
Honing is een natuurlijk product. Bijen verzamelen nectar uit bloemen en zetten deze mbv enzymen om in honing. De kleur en de smaak van honing wordt grotendeels bepaald door de oorsprong van de nectar, maar ook de mate van kristallisatie is van invloed op de smaak. Wanneer de imker de honing ent met een zeer kleine hoeveelheid fijn kristalliserende honing en de honing daarna een aantal weken dagelijks roert krijgt hij als eindproduct cremehoning.
De honing is 100% natuur zuiver en koud geslingerd!

Gebruik
Heerlijk op brood, in de thee en te gebruiken bij koken en bakken. Voor behoud van voedingsstoffen niet verhitten boven 37 graden Celsius.
Soms gaat honing na verloop van tijd kristalliseren. Dit is een natuurlijk proces en is gemakkelijk te verhelpen. Zet de pot dan in zijn geheel een half uurtje in een pannetje lauwwarm water. Bewaren op kamertemperatuur.
Baby's onder 1 jaar mogen geen honing eten, omdat honing van nature een enzym bevat, dat schadelijk voor hen kan zijn.
