Hoe is deze honing te eten/gebruiken
U kunt de braamhoning van Honingwinkel op veel verschillende manieren eten. Zo, kunt u de honing gewoon met de lepel eten. U kunt de honing vervolgens op uw tong laten smelten, of direct doorslikken. U kunt er ook voor kiezen om de honing door uw yoghurt of eten heen te roeren.
Let op! Mocht u de honing door uw thee willen roeren, dan is het verstandig dat uw thee niet warmer dan 40 C° is. Zodra uw thee warmer dan 40 C° is kunnen de enzymen van de honing verloren gaan.
Houdbaarheid
Honing heeft eigenlijk geen houdbaarheidsdatum, maar de smaak kan met de tijd vervagen. De honing kan daarom het beste binnen twee jaar geconsumeerd worden.
