Kaas is voor ons dan ook veel méér dan kaas. Het is een wereld van koeien,
schapen en geiten die buiten lopen.
In groene en onbespoten weilanden, waar je – naast vee – een enorme diversiteit
aan planten en dieren vindt. Het is een wereld van boeren die onze passie voor biologisch delen.
En met veel toewijding en vakmanschap de melk voor onze kazen produceren.

Gedreven door zijn passie ontwikkelde Jan Bastiaansen een combinatie tussen de Hollandse Goudse en de Franse Roquefortschimmel. Uit dit huwelijk ontstond de ‘Brabants Blauw’ die nog steeds het paradepaardje van Bio Kaas is.
