Over het ambacht, nieuwe producten bedenken, winkelsluitingswetten, de oorlog overleven, regelgeving, de volkorenbroodhype, concurrentie van supermarkten, klagende buren, altijd netjes zijn voor de klanten en nooit zeuren of opgeven. En natuurlijk over elke dag weer vol overgave vers brood bakken, ons dagelijks brood.
