Een blend van typische Rhônedruiven grenache, syrah, carignan, mourvèdre en clairette. De wijn is helder robijnrood van kleur met wat paarse accenten. Expressief in de neus met rijpe rode vruchten en bessen. Evenwichtige wijn, gul en soepel met lekker bessenfruit, lichtkruidig en een beetje bite. Lichte Rhônestijl echter wel met karakter!smaakimpressie
Tamelijk ondoorzichtig robijnrood van kleur. In de neus aroma’s van bosaardbeien, kersen, zoethout, tabak en garrigue (gedroogde Provençaalse kruiden). In het smaakpalet tonen van gekonfijt klein rood fruit en lavendel, die worden gevolgd door een lange intense afdronk met zacht rijpe tannines.vinificatie
Na de handmatige pluk worden de druiven geselecteerd, niet onsteeld, gekneusd en aansluitend volgt een temperatuur gecontroleerde alcoholische fermentatie met wilde (druifeigen) gisten op grote betonnen cuves. Hierna vindt de persing van de druiven en het oversteken van de jonge wijn op barriques plaats, om hierin de malolactische gisting te ondergaan en te rijpen. Na 15 maanden wordt de wijn geassembleerd en zonder filtering gebotteld. Dit hele proces verloopt geheel volgens biologische en biologisch dynamische regels en voorschriften. ‹›Related Products
