Dit spel is een feestspel voor verschrikkelijke mensen. In tegenstelling tot alle andere kaartspellen die je ooit gespeeld hebt, is Cards Against Humanity net zo slecht en awkward als al jouw vrienden.
Het spel is simpel. Elke ronde stelt één speler een vraag van een Black Card en de rest antwoordt met zijn of haar grappigste White Card. De speler die de vraag heeft gesteld, verzamelt alle antwoorden en leest de combinaties voor. Hij bepaalt welk antwoord hij het grappigst vindt. Diegene die het grappigste antwoord heeft gegeven, verdient hiermee een Awesome Point.
