Ze hebben 1 ding gemeen, nl. kwaliteit. Het familiebedrijf “Cazes” is toonaangevend in deze groep en behoort tot de topproducenten in de Roussillon. Het bedrijf is volledig biodynamisch gecertificeerd sinds 2003. De grond bestaat uit klei en leisteen.

Omschrijving en details
Geconcentreerde en rijke wijn. In de neus aroma´s van zeer rijp fruit. In de mond komen smaken van zwart fruit samen, gecombineerd met aroma's van leer en kruiden. Dit alles wordt ondersteund door een krachtige structuur, elegante tannine en mooie aroma´s van rijping op eikenhout.
Perfecte begeleider bij diverse vleesgerechten en wild. Decanteren 1 uur voor het serveren is aanbevolen. Kan nog vele jaren worden opgelegd.
De wijn is gemaakt in samenwerking met René Barbier, de grote wijnmaker van Clos Mogador, uit Priorat, Spanje.
