Deze Champagne Brut Nature, Silver van André Clouet heeft aroma’s en smaaktonen van sinaasappel, nectarine, perzik, toast en brioche. Deze champagne is door zijn zachte, fruitige karakter zeer geschikt als aperitief. Daarnaast is het heerlijk bij oesters, smaakvolle visgerechten, salades en gevogelte.
André Clouet heeft het champagnehuis opgericht in 1741. Vandaag de dag is Jean-François Clouet verantwoordelijk voor 7 hectare wijngaarden, gelegen in de Grand Cru dorpen Bouzy en Ambonnay. Op zijn Grand Cru wijngaarden zijn voornamelijk pinot noir druivenstokken aangeplant. Al zijn champagnes rijpen tenminste 4 jaar in de ondergrondse kelders voordat ze op de markt gebracht worden. De druiven worden handmatig geplukt en de fermentatie vindt plaats in roestvrijstalen tanks. Voordat de wijn wordt gebotteld rijpt hij nog een aantal maanden in voormalige Sauternes vaten. Hoewel dit een Brut Nature champagne is en geen dosage heeft gehad, verkrijgt hij wel zijn zoetheid van de Sauternes vaten. De champagne rust daarna 4 jaar in de fles op zijn afgestorven gistcellen in de kelders van Jean-François Clouet.
