Deze Champagne Brut Rosé van André Clouet onderscheidt zich door een diep fruitrijke smaak met voornamelijk tonen van kersen, frambozen en pruimen. De afdronk is romig en droog. Heerlijk als aperitief of bij zomerse salades met rood fruit.
André Clouet heeft het champagnehuis opgericht in 1741. Vandaag de dag is Jean-François Clouet verantwoordelijk voor 7 hectare wijngaarden, gelegen in de Grand Cru dorpen Bouzy en Ambonnay. Op zijn Grand Cru wijngaarden zijn voornamelijk pinot noir druivenstokken aangeplant. De Brut Rosé van André Clouet wordt gemaakt op de traditionele methode, dit wil zeggen door een beetje rode wijn aan de champagne toe te voegen. De druiven ondergaan de alcoholische fermentatie in roestvrijstalen tanks en de wijn wordt, na afloop van de rijping in eikenhouten vaten geblend. Alle champagnes rijpen 4 jaar in de fles in de kelders van Jean-François Clouet.
