Pinot Noir en Blaufränkisch versmelten tot een compositie van rijpe rode bessen met zoete aroma's van sleedoorn en zoethout. In de mond is er, naast fijne cassis-tonen, een slimme tanninestructuur - een complexe rode wijn die gewoon goed smaakt! Naam PURPLE JAM is gebaseerd op het "jammen" onder muzikanten, dat een ongedwongen, ontspannen, meestal geïmproviseerd samenspel van verschillende artiesten beschrijft. Waarschuwing: extreem hoge funfactor!

DRUIVENSOORT(EN): 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Blaufränkisch
VINIFICATIE: Druiven werden met de hand geplukt en met de hand geselecteerd. Ontsteelde en gebroken druiven gingen spontane gisting in open stalen tank. Malolactische gisting op de schil. De wijn heeft meer dan 3 jaar gerijpt in 20% nieuwe barriques en 80% gebruikte barriques.
Gelimiteerd 5130 flessen gemaakt.
