Olie met het hoogste gehalte vitamine E en F, een paar druppels in een massage-olie
Bernagie (ook bekend als Borage of Komkommerkruid) is de olie met het hoogste gehalte vitamine E en F. Je hebt maar een paar druppels van deze olie nodig in bijvoorbeeld een massage-olie (uitstekend met amandel of abrikozenpit). Bernagie is een uitmuntende olie voor ieder huidtype, maar vooral voor een rijpere huid. Bernagie dringt zeer goed in de huid, verzacht, verhoogt de bloedsomloop en ondersteunt het herstellend vermogen van de huid. De buitengewone olie beschermt tegen UV-stralen, heeft een verjongende werking en geeft goede resultaten in de behandeling van een rode en gevoelige huid (samen met Calendula-olie).
