de 1957 Citroën ID 19 had een unieke "Capucine" lak (oorspronkelijk "Tango" genoemd in de Citroën documenten). In tegenstelling tot de DS 19 heeft deze versie geen verchroomde randen van de koplampen, maar zijn deze voorzien van oranje lak. Het is een zelden gezien model, dat zich door specifieke details onderscheid, zoals unieke wielen en dashboard.
