Cognac Montifaud VS is een jonge, levendige cognac die perfect de stijl van Montifaud weerspiegelt. Deze VS (Very Special) cognac heeft minimaal twee jaar gerijpt in Franse eikenhouten vaten, wat resulteert in een frisse en fruitige expressie. De neus opent met tonen van sappige druiven, appel en lichte honing, aangevuld met een vleugje witte bloemen. In de mond is hij soepel en toegankelijk, met een frisse balans tussen fruit, vanille en subtiele houttonen. De afdronk is elegant en helder, met een lichte kruidige ondertoon die lang blijft hangen.
