Ze dragen bij aan een goede darmwerking en bevorderen een regelmatige stoelgang.In eerste instantie geldt het advies om meer vezelrijke voedingsmiddelen te gebruiken. Daarnaast zijn er voedingssupplementen als deze, die je kunnen ondersteunen bij de inname van extra vezels. Aanbevolen dagdosering: Voor volwassenen: 1-3 maal per dag 1 afgestreken eetlepel, Voor kinderen van 6 tot 12 jaar: 1-2 maal per dag een ½ afgestreken eetlepel. Voor kinderen onder de 6 jaar: vóór gebruik een arts raadplegen en de dosering afstemmen
Ingrediënten: Fijne psylliumvezels (Plantago ispaghula Roxb.) en Inulinevezels. Totale hoeveelheid voedingsvezels per 100 gram bedraagt 82,7 gram.
