In de Corleone proef je een pure koffie. Een zeer krachtige Zuid-Italiaanse espresso, waarvan de smaak al net zoveel ontzag inboezemt als de naam. Deze donker geroosterde koffie bestaat uit een melange van arabica koffiebonen uit Centraal Amerika, Zuid Amerika en Oeganda en robusta, ook uit Oeganda. Een espresso gebaseerd op de Italiaanse stijl van koffie drinken; donker geroosterd en perfect voor een ristretto.
