Een bijzondere dessertwijn uit Zuid-Afrika, gemaakt van de Muscat d'Alexandrie. Nadat de druiven geplukt zijn worden deze gedroogd op bedden van stro en rooibos, waardoor de druiven inschrompelen en wordt de smaak geconcentreerder. In de smaak tonen van gekaramelisseerde ananas, rozijnen en vijgen aangevuld met tonen van rooibos en verfrissende citrus tonen. De ideale begeleider van blauwe schimmelkazen of desserts.
