Description
Uit de tien jaar oude wijngaard komen de druiven Antão Vaz, Gouveio and Arinto. De stelen worden eraf gehaald door een thermische schok. En daarna geperst met pneumatische druk. De most bezinkt op een temperatuur van 8 ° C tot 10º C gedurende 48 uur. Fermentatie met geselecteerde gisten en met temperatuurregeling van 12º C tot 14º C. Helder en fris met citrus en licht kastanjebruin kleur. De wijn ruikt naar een fruitig aroma van tropische en citrusvruchten. De wijn heeft een pallet van slanke en evenwichtig zuurgraad dat de wijn een goede frisheid en persistentie in de mond geeft.
