Description
Likeur Doragrossa Rabarbaro is een kruidige Italiaanse likeur op basis van rabarberwortel en een selectie aan alpine kruiden. Deze amaro-stijl likeur heeft een bitterzoet karakter en is geïnspireerd op historische recepten uit de regio Piemonte. De rabarber geeft een aardse, lichtzurige ondertoon die mooi in balans is met warme kruiden, wat deze likeur erg veelzijdig maakt. Perfect als digestief, maar ook een waardevolle toevoeging in cocktails.

Neus: Aards en kruidig met tonen van rabarber, gentiaan en gekonfijte sinaasappel.
Smaak: Bitter en floraal met toetsen van alsem, kruidnagel en een zachte zoetheid.
Afdronk: Lang en droog met een mild bittere finale en zachte kruidenwarmte.
Cocktailsuggestie: Combineer met tonic voor een verfrissende Amaro Highball of gebruik in een twist op de Negroni met gin en droge vermout.
