Description
Dot heeft in de geur de aroma's van vlierbloesem, kruisbes, appel en een vleugje witte peper. Deze cuvee, gemaakt van voornamelijk Cabernet Blanc is gelimiteerd en eenmalig samengesteld uit het bijzonder koele oogstjaar 2019. De druiven zijn zorgvuldig met de hand geplukt, geassembleerd en gevinifieerd volgens de traditionele methode, bij Domein Holset. Na 24 maanden rijping op de gist en een dosage van 4 gram heeft Dot zich ontwikkeld tot een frisse, volle wijn met een fijne mousse. Gedegorgeerd in december 2021.

Past goed bij
Dot van Holset gaat goed bij verse oesters, schaal- en schelpdieren. Daarnaast kun je deze brut goed als aperitief drinken of tijdens een feestelijke gelegenheid.
Het Bruisend Wijnhuis
Domein Holset is een BruisendWijnHuis in het Zuid-Limburgse Heuvelland. Daar worden druiven verbouwd waarvan alleen maar mousserende wijn gemaakt wordt volgens de traditionele methode. Op de locatie van het Domein kan je de mousserende wijnen proeven, door de wijngaard lopen en overnachten. Met zeven unieke kamers bieden ze een fijn verblijf op het Domein.
