Description
Stoere maar toch toegankelijke wijn. De aroma’s doen denken aan herfstgeuren en cassis. In de smaak geeft de wijn veel donker fruit en bramen. De tannine zijn mooi gerijpt door de houtopvoeding, dit geeft de wijn mede zijn brede schouders en vanille toon. De wijn wordt gemaakt van de druiven van wijnboeren uit meerdere gebieden in Nederland - 'a taste of Dutch'. De vinificatie vindt plaats bij Neerlands wijnmakerij in Bentelo, Overijssel

Gegrild vlees van de BBQ. De rokerige smaken van de barbecue spelen mooi samen met de houtopvoeding van de wijn.
Over de wijnmakers
Het bevlogen echtpaar Roelof en Ilse Visscher zijn begin 2000 gestart met Wijngaard Hof van Twente in het Twentse dorp Bentelo. In 2010 is hieruit Neerlands Wijnmakerij ontstaan, een zeer professionele wijnmakerij. Ruim 30 Nederlandse wijngaarden maken hier hun prachtige prijswinnende wijnen. Het wijnhuis maakt met toepassing van moderne technieken kwaliteitswijn op maat en in nauw overleg met deze wijngaardeniers en wijnafnemers.
