Slim Rijst is een vetvrije, suikervrije en glutenvrije rijst die gemaakt is van een plantaardige vezel uit de Konjac plant, genaamd Glucomannan. Het unieke aan Slim Rijst is dat het rijk is aan vezels en uitzonderlijk weinig kilocalorieen bevat; slechts 21 per 100 gram. Hierdoor is het heel eenvoudig het aantal kilocalorieen van een gerecht te beperken.
Hoe te gebruiken?
Slim Rijst is zeer eenvoudig in gebruik en kan eigenlijk gewoon gebruikt worden zoals gewone pasta. De rijst is al voorgekookt dus binnen 2 minuten kun je een heerlijke maaltijd op tafel zetten. Het enige dat je hoeft te doen is de rijst af te spoelen in een vergiet en even licht op te bakken in een pan of te verhitten in de magnetron. Voeg vervolgens je favoriete kruiden, saus, groente en eventueel vlees, vis toe en geniet van een heerlijke maaltijd met uitzonderlijk weinig calorieën.
