COCKTAIL
Guyana Manhattan:
- 50ml El Dorado 8 Year Old
- 15ml dry vermouth
- 15ml red vermouth
- scheutje angostura bitters
Voeg 15 ml dry vermouth, 15 ml red vermouth, een scheutje angostura bitters in een Boston-glas. Voeg ijsblokjes toe en roer zodat de cocktail gekoeld wordt. Giet de cocktail via een zeef in een voorgekoeld Martini-glas. Ter garnering kan een sinaasappelschijfje worden toegevoegd.
