Deze wijn, afkomstig van de aparte wijngaard Poggio dei Gelsi, geldt als de beste van de reeks. Deze wijngaard werd aangeplant in 1979, toen het bedrijf van start ging. Pas tien jaar later werd de wijn apart op de markt gebracht. Het is een bijzondere wijn, met een opmerkelijke kracht en lekker fruit. Hij wordt gemaakt op heuvels van minstens 400 meter boven de zeespiegel. Hier worden de druiven mooi rijp zonder hun fruit en aromatisch karakter te verliezen.
Subtiele aroma's van zoete rijpe appel, vleugje abrikoos, vanille, citrus en amandel. Sappig en soepel van smaak met rijp wit fruit, amandel en hint van grapefruit.
Combineert goed met stevige pastagerechten, met paddestoelen en kaas, risotto met paddestoelen, kip of kalkoen, gerechten met de nodige smaak.
