Description
Heeft pruimachtige smaak met hints van kruiden en door zes maanden rijping op hout heeft de wijn een wat oudere uitstraling. De wijn is zacht in de mond met een evenwichtige zuurgraad en zachte tannines die langdurige blijven hangen tijdens het proeven en laat de wijn jeugd. Druiven werden met de hand geplukt in kleine plastic containers in september 2006. De wijn is gevinifieerd in kleine inox tanks waar ze een lichte vergisting hebben ondergaan daarna gerijpt in Franse eiken vaten. Dus doe je voordeel van deze geweldige wijn. De wijn is gemaakt van de druiven Aragonez, Trincadeira en Alicant Bouschet
