De Nederlands-Griekse familie Gkazas produceert olijfolie op eigenland en dat van bevriende buren. Uit liefde voor het product bereiden ze het op de meest authentieke, pure en natuurlijke wijze. De olijfgaard ligt in de bergen van centraal Kreta, waar de bodem wordt bemest door vrij grazende geiten en schapen. De olijfbomen krijgen water uit natuurlijke neerslag en iedere winter oogsten en persen ze de olijven zelf. Dit zorgt voor ongefilterde, biologische, koudgeperste, niet met andere oliën gemengde toevoegingen: Een zuiver en eerlijk familieproduct.
