FAIR Chipotle Liqueur is een Franse likeur van chipotles uit Oaxaca. Chipotle-pepers zijn gerookte, gedroogde jalapeñopepers. De ingrediënten worden eerst twee weken getrokken in neutrale alcohol en dan verwerkt met een langzame reductie van Fair Trade vloeibare suiker en gedemineraliseerd water voor een perfecte balans.
