Frank en Bert houden heel erg van picknicken. Vaak gaat het mis. Dan zitten ze op een perfecte plek, en dan begint het te regenen! Of er komen wespen, of een brutale eekhoorn steelt al het eten. Vandaag wordt de picknick vast perfect. Bert heeft een doos meegenomen met een verrassing erin. Ze zitten op hun perfecte plek, het regent niet, er zijn geen wespen en ook geen brutale eekhoorns. Frank wil graag weten wat de verrassing is, maar Bert zegt dat hij nog even geduld moet hebben. Bert doet eerst een dutje onder de boom. Maar het is wel heel lastig om niet even, stiekem, in de doos te kijken die Bert meebracht....
