De Sémillon-druivengelei is ontstaan uit een samenwerking tussen MAISON GOUBET en chef-kok STÉPHAN PERROTTE, verkozen tot beste jammaker in Frankrijk en wereldkampioen jam.
Beide zijn door de COLLÈGE CULINAIRE DE FRANCE gelabeld als Artisan Producers of Quality.
Ze hebben hun unieke knowhow gecombineerd om exclusief een gelei te maken van de Sémillon-druivensoort, een traditionele druivensoort voor zoete wijnen uit Bordeaux en Sauternes.
De druiven zijn afkomstig van biologische wijnstokken in de Bordeaux-streek, worden op het terrein geperst volgens de traditionele methode en vervolgens gekookt in een ketel. Deze Sémillon-gelei verleidt met de harmonie, complexiteit en persistentie van zijn aroma's.

PROEFNOTITIES: Witte perzik, peer, kweepeer, rabarber, honing en tonen van acaciabloem.
IDEAAL PROEFMOMENT: ontbijt, brunch, aperitief of diner.
