Purasana Bio Ginger powder 200 g
Gember is afkomstig van de wortelstok van de gemberplant (Zingiber officinale) die net als kurkuma en kardemom behoort tot de familie van Zingiberaceae. Alleen de wortel van de gember wordt gebruikt voor consumptie en dit zowel vers als in poedervorm. Behalve een smaakmaker voor vele gerechten is gemberpoeder ook een heerlijk ingrediënt in gebak, desserts en smoothies. Gember bevordert de spijsvertering en zorgt voor vitaliteit.

Gebruik
