The Stillery is een destilleerderij in Nederland. Het begon in de badkuip van een jonge student genaamd Pascal in 2009. In 2015 kwam het eerste product op de markt, een vodka gemaakt van spelt. Inmiddels hebben ze naast de vodka ook een jenever en een gin.
