Men kan eindeloos variëren met Rosies Havervlokken als basis voor een muesli van eigen samenstelling. De juiste verhouding is ongeveer 2:1:1. Dat wil zeggen: twee delen havervlokken, een deel noten/zaden of pitten en een deel gedroogd fruit. Havervlokken zijn een van de rijkste bronnen van oplosbare vezels - ongeveer de helft van het vezelgehalte is oplosbaar. 3 g oplosbare vezels van haver dagelijks, in een verzadigd vet en cholesterolarm dieet, verkleinen de kans op hart- en vaatziekten. 40g Havervlokken bevat 1,4g oplosbare vezels (beta glucan) Breng 250ml (plantaardige) melk aan de kook. Voeg 40g Rosies Havermout toe. Laat 2 minuten zachtjes koken. Neem de pan van het vuur en laat het geheel nog even staan.
