Voor de MIP Collection worden 's nachts geplukte syrah (60%), grenache (30%) en (10%) vermentino (rôle) direct na ontstelen apart gedurende drie uur ingeweekt, vervolgens geperst en separaat vergist in gekoelde tanks. Deze methodiek geeft deze wijn zijn lichtrose kleur met impressies van citrusfruit, peer en rode bessen.
De neus is expressief, vrij krachtig en elegant en de afdronk is lang met subtiele kruidigheid. Omdat de wijn lekker frissappig is en voorzien van een opvallende fles met moderne uitstraling, gooit hij zeker hoge ogen op ieder zonnig terras. Met of zonder een lichtvoetig gerechtje.
