MIP Classic Rosé is door zijn onweerstaanbaar frisse en toegankelijke smaak een onbetwiste crowd pleaser die wereldwijd niet voor niets in mum van tijd is uitverkocht. De druiven groeien in wijngaarden aan de voet van de Mont Sainte-Victoire op een kalkrijke bodem met zand, rode klei en stenen. Door het droge, zonnige klimaat komen ziektes in de wijngaarden eigenlijk nauwelijks voor en is het gebruik van bestrijdingsmiddelen vrijwel onnodig. 's Nachts daalt de temperatuur er flink, waardoor de druiven intense aroma's ontwikkelen en hun frisheid behouden.
Na de oogst worden de druiven tot het vriespunt gekoeld op droog ijs om ervoor te zorgen dat de kleur en aroma's zo goed mogelijk behouden blijven en de druiven geen kans krijgen om te oxideren. Hierdoor is MIP Rosé heerlijk fris en aromatisch met tonen van perzik, citrus, klein rood fruit en rozenblaadjes. Perfect als aperitief, bij hapjes, lichte voorgerechten, salades en mediterrane gerechten met vis, gamba’s, groenten en kip.
