Gebruiksadvies:
1. Maak beide stroken los. Leg het opgevulde gedeelte in het midden op de pols, waar het polsgewricht buigt. Wikkel de onderste strook stevig om de pols en zet deze vast.
2. Wikkel de tweede strook in dezelfde richting om de pols en bevestig deze met klittenband op de bandage, zodat de gewenste steun wordt bereikt.
Raadpleeg een arts indien u twijfelt over de ernst van de blessure."
