The Noble Collection Harry Potter - Harry's Ollivander toverstaf

Een prop replica is een verzamelbare recreatie van een film of televisie prop, die het origineel recht doet.
De Harry Potter filmreeks is een Brits-Amerikaanse filmreeks, gebaseerd op de zeven wereldberoemde Harry Potter boeken van de Engelse schrijfster J.K. Rowling. De reeks is afgerond en telt acht langspeelfilms. Het laatste boek, het zevende, is namelijk in twee delen verfilmd. De reeks is in 2016 en 2018 aangevuld met twee spin-off prequels, die gebaseerd zijn op het boek Fantastic Beasts and where to find them, oftewel Fabeldieren en Waar Ze Te Vinden.
De reeks is uitgebracht door de studio's van Warner Bros. De producent is David Heyman en de belangrijkste rollen worden gespeeld door Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter), Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley / Ronald Wemel) en Emma Watson (Hermoine Granger / Hermelien Griffel).
In 2012 begonnen opnamen voor een film die alleen te bezichtigen zou zijn in speciale pretparken.
De boeken gaan over Harry Potter, die op elfjarige leeftijd ontdekt dat hij magische gaven heeft en op de tovenaarsschool Zweinstein (Hogwarts) mag gaan studeren. J.K. Rowling heeft hiervoor een complete en tamelijk consistente fantasiewereld bedacht, waarin de verhalen zich afspelen. Er komen veel elementen in voor die ook in andere boeken, verhalen, mythen en legenden terug te vinden zijn, maar wel op een heel eigen en originele wijze.
