De honing met stuifmeel van Weyn's is gemaakt van korianderhoning uit Bulgarije en 20g stuifmeel afkomstig uit Spanje.
Smaak
De korianderhoning heeft een lichte, zoete smaak met een subtiele bloemensmaak en een goudgele kleur. Het stuifmeel voegt een lichte nootachtige smaak toe aan de honing en kan ook bijdragen aan de textuur en kleur.
Textuur
De toevoeging van stuifmeel kan ook bijdragen aan een licht korrelige textuur in de honing.
Hoe is honing te gebruiken/ te eten
