Lantaarnpaalhoofd bijvoorbeeld, Hondenhokhoofd en Zwembadhoofd (en ja, ze hebben echt een lantaarnpaal, hondenhok en zwembad op hun hoofd). Iets simpels als een schilderijtje ophangen of verstoppertje spelen leidt meteen tot onverwachte en lachwekkende situaties.
En wat te doen als Vulkaanhoofd zich niet lekker voelt en dreigt uit te barsten? Dan kan een ramp alleen voorkomen worden door Katapulthoofd en Rotsblokhoofd in te schakelen. De krater kan net op tijd gedicht worden.
De Hoofden beleven zes korte avonturen en dan volgen er nog drie toegiften (van Bibliotheekhoofd, Zwembadhoofd en Kleurdooshoofd).
