I am Superspicy Ketjap Sambal past bij elk gerecht. Een goede rijsttafel, op kroepoek of om je nasi of soep op smaak te brengen. Het is ook erg lekker als marinade, omdat haar zoetheid lekker plakkerig zal zijn als je je eiwit eenmaal hebt gegrild.
Meer sojabonen dan pepers maken het hier een vreemde eend in de bijt. Minder hitte en meer zout, in balans met de melasse. De gouden combinatie van zout met zoet maakt deze saus zo goed te gebruiken als marinade.
