With its intensity, Picholine “Intense” olive oil is sure to seduce you!
Our production conditions in the Crau plain: fertile soil, maximum sunshine, very low rainfall, and the mild Mediterranean climate are particularly favorable for “Picholine” olives.
Our “green fruity” oil is harvested early, starting in October. This early harvest allows us to preserve a more pronounced pungency. The olives are pressed directly at the mill using mechanical processes and extracted in the first cold pressing, allowing us to obtain an extra virgin olive oil.
A characteristic olive of the South of France, this oil has a unique taste. Generally prized by heavy olive oil consumers, it will delight you with its fruity and fiery flavor with herbaceous and artichoke notes.
This oil is made from "Picholine" olives harvested in our olive grove and crushed in our mill in Saint Martin de Crau.
ORIGIN: France, 100% Provence
YEAR 2023: 6 Gold Medals (Paris General Agricultural Competition, Brignoles Fair, Southern Region, and NYOOC – NEW YORK) and 1 Silver Medal (Paris General Agricultural Competition)
