Gestookt in de kleine Gin ketel "The Dotach" en met als hoofd ingrediënt en smaakmaker de lokaal geoogste "Sugar Kelp"
Smaak omschrijving: Maritieme ondertonen van het zeewier. Kruidige jeneverbes met dennennaalden. Frisse citrustonen, zacht bloemig. Zacht en licht zoete afdronk met ziltige ondertonen.
Serveertip: Serveer in een groot glas met ijs en indian tonic, garneer met een schijfje Grapefruit.
