Hop en lichte citrus, met zoete, kruidige tonen en een zeer subtiel randje.
AFDRONK
De lange afdronk van vers fruit en hop wordt gevolgd door gerst, met het zachte einde kenmerkend voor Jameson.

BIJZONDERHEDEN
Een unieke samenkomst van twee werelden, met Jameson whisky gerijpt op IPA biervaten. Dit resulteert in een uniek karakter, dat het beste naar voren komt bij een bier pairing.
Pairing 1: Pale ale. Hoppige Pale Ales zijn de ultieme bieren voor deze Caskmates IPA. Dit resulteert in een heerlijke combinatie van sappige citrustonen met een sterke hop invloed op de whisky. Voor de hop liefhebbers.
Pairing 2: IPA bier. De minder gemoute, meer subtiele Indian Pale Ale categorie is een fantastische basis om de whisky van zijn beste kant te laten zien. Een zoete smaak met een bittere finish.
