Description
Deze ambachtelijke genever uit België wordt acht jaar lang gerijpt op ex-bourbonvaten van Amerikaanse eik. De rijping verzacht de klassieke jeneverbessmaak en voegt warme tonen van vanille, bittere karamel en een vleugje nootmuskaat toe. Een verfijnde genever met diepgang en karakter.
Filliers Distillery perfectioneert het rijpingsproces al sinds de jaren 1960, en dat proef je terug in deze prachtige aged genever. Dankzij de lange vatrijping is deze genever heerlijk om puur te drinken, maar hij doet het ook uitstekend in klassieke cocktails zoals een Belgian Mule of Old Fashioned.
