Johnnie Walker Red Label is de best verkopende Schotse whisky in de wereld. Het is een mix van meer dan 30 single malt’s en graanwhisky's, is smaakvol en heeft een heldere, krachtige aroma met vers fruit. Het werd populair in de sociale kringen van de late 19e eeuw in Engeland, toen de whisky als vervanging van Franse brandewijn werd gedronken. Een wijngaarden plaag veroorzaakte destijds een tekort aan Franse brandewijn.
