ZICHT/KLEUR
Amberkleurig bier met een romige gebroken witte schuimkraag.
GEUR
Kruidige tonen van kamille en een beetje tabak, echter de fruitigheid van druif, citrus en abrikoos houdt dit in balans.
SMAAK
Volmondig bier met stevige bitterheid. Veel fruitige aroma's en tonen van ananas, tropisch fruit en citrus.
AFDRONK
Vol met een flinke dosis hop. Hierdoor is de afdronk bitter en iets kruidig.
CULINAIR
Onder andere lekker bij fruit salades of gedroogde ham. Ook een goede combinatie bij pittige kaas en Thaise curry.
BIJZONDERHEDEN
Heavy Cross is een Tripel IPA. In basis dus een India Pale Ale. De term Tripel verwijst naar de hoeveelheid alcohol en hop die gebruikt wordt om het bier te brouwen. Heavy Cross is vernoemd naar de hit van Gossip, maar is ook een verwijzing naar het zware kruis dat Jezus droeg in de bijbel en dat is natuurlijk de link naar de Jopenkerk.
