Jopen Mooie Nel IPA is een IPA of op zijn oud Hollandsch een Duraebel Scheepsbier. Extra zwaar gebrouwen en extra gehopt zodat het de lange zeereizen mee kon om in “de Oost” gedronken te worden.Mooie Nel wordt per brouwsel anders gemaakt! Dit speciaalbier heeft een gouden medaille behaald tijdens de 2e Dutch Beer Challenge en werd in 2015 uitgeroepen tot 'Beste Bier van Nederland' tijdens de 1e Dutch Beer Challenge. Jopen Mooie Nel IPA is vernoemd naar het water tussen Haarlem en Spaarndam en wordt buiten Nederland North Sea IPA genoemd.
