Naast de prettig geprijsde Mas Fi Cava maakt Josep Masachs ook deze vollere Cava. Een Cava wordt op dezelfde wijze gemaakt als een Champagne, maar dan in Spanje. Herkenbaar is de wat aardse smaak, die een Cava typeert. Deze wijn heeft een tweede gisting van 14 maanden gehad. De wijn ruikt naar amandel, noten en abrikoos, gecombineerd met elegante bubbeltjes en verfrissend zuur. Echt geen gekke keus als je een serieus bubbeltje wilt schenken.
Deze wijn is gemaakt van de druiven Xarel.lo, Macabeo en Parellada.
