Description
Kozue wat “hoogte van de bomen” in het Japans betekent is een aangename gin uit Japan met 47% alcohol. Deze Japanse gin is uniek in zijn soort. Naast de normale ingrediënten die een gin bevat, heeft de Kozue Gin twee ingrediënten die je niet vaak in een gin tegenkomt: Sansho peper en Japanse paraplu dennennaalden (pine koyamaki needles).
Deze combinatie geeft de Kozue gin meer body met kruiden en hout. Op de neus krijg je tonen van peper, nootmuskaat, en gember. Het smaakprofiel is veel grapefruit, mandarijn, citroen en de niet te missen pine koyamaki. Deze gin gaat erg goed samen met de Artisan Yuzu Tokyo Tonic.
