De Sauvignon blanc is een van de druiven die al snel werd geplant in Marokko met de komst van de Franse kolonisten.

In dit warme klimaat krijgt de Sauvignon blanc exotische trekjes, en een rijpe en krachtige smaak. De gisting vindt plaats op een temperatuur tussen de 12 en 15 graden, om het fruit te behouden. Bij de gisting en verdere opvoeding van de wijn wordt uitsluitend gebruik gemaakt van roestvrij staal. Daarmee zit er een krachtige Sauvignon in de fles in een droge, fruitige stijl.
Grassige aroma's, een vleugje hooi, perzik, appel en citrus, lichte bloemigheid. Stevige smaak, wat banaan, een lichte kruidigheid, open, wat zuren in de afdronk.
Gaat prima bij schaal- en schelpdieren, een garnalencocktail, varkensvlees op oosterse wijze gemaakt of een kipsalade.
