A traditional brewing method is used to create this ginger beer. Only real, fresh and organic ingredients. Fresh lime gives the perfect hit of acidity and the Peruvian ginger gives that sharp, peppery hit as soon as you take a sip and hits the throat.

The ginger beer is fermented up to 3 days to give that special fermented flavour, but avoid the ginger beer to become bitter, and remain alcohol-free. The beer  is low on carbonation to ensure you can taste the natural flavours to the fullest. To make it as healthy as possible, sugar is added as little sugar as possible.

As the ginger beer contains 100% real ingredients, you will see a nice chunk of sediment settled on the bottom of every bottle. This is exactly what makes it special and full of flavour.
