Langlois-Chateau voldeed als eerste wijnhuis aan het strenge biologische kwaliteitskeurmerk ‘Terra Vitis’.
Dit keurmerk draagt in de wijnbouw de culture raisonnée uit ofwel het bedrijven van wijnbouw met respect voor de natuur.
Fonkelende, zachtgele kleur. Zuivere en fruitige geur. Verfijnde mousse. Smaak is verfijnd, frisdroog en vooral fruitig. De lange afdronk kenmerkt zich door mooie frisheid. Een verfijnde en plezierige mousserende wijn.
Een frisdroge, mousserende wijn die uitstekend gedronken kan worden als aperitief. Door zijn fruitige, rijke smaak kan deze wijn gedronken worden bij zowel koude als warme voorgerechten met vis- en witvlees.
